How To send a Manual SMS template

1) SMS template must be created.

  1. a) Go into the Admin Area
  2. b) Under Communication, click Manage Templates
  3. c) Add New Template on the top right of the page
  4. d) Fill out ALL fields and give it a message. (Remember this is a text message, Keep it short)
  5. e) Click save

 

2) From the customer Grid select (check Box next to the customer name) the customers you would like to send the SMS message to.

3) Click the drop down "Quick SMS and select the template you would like to send the client

4) click send

5) A popup box will ask you are you sure you want to send this text message. Click OK

 

You can also send a custom SMS message to the client from the customer grid as well.

1) From the customer Grid select (check Box next to the customer name) the customers you would like to send the SMS message to.

2) Click the drop down "Quick SMS and select "Send Customer Custom SMS"

3) This will popup a box to fill out the message and click send.

4) A popup box will ask you are you sure you want to send this text message. Click OK


**Keep in mind that the customer will need to have a mobile phone number in order to use this function**
