Step-by-Step: How to Send a Customer to DS Processing


Step 1: Add a New Customer to the Customer tab. Make sure to fill out the entire Details section with the correct information for your customer.

Step 2: Click on the Credit Report tab in the customer file and enter the credit monitoring information, including the username/password/security answer. Be sure to double check the login to make sure it is correct. 

Step 3: Go to the Customer section in the customer file, and click on Notes, Attachments, and Tasks. Click on Note - Add New Note: this is where you will leave any specific processing instructions or special requests. Be sure the information is detailed and specific. Make sure you title the Note: Processing Instructions
Step 4: Click on the Processing tab and change the Processing Status: Active - then click SAVE. This will notify the processing team and they will beginning working on your clients within 3 - 5 business days.
