Q: Where are my customers that were in the Customer Tab?

A: Hover over Contacts and click on Credit Repair Customers.

Q: Where are my leads that were in the Lead Tab?

A: Hover over Contacts and click on Credit Repair Leads.

Q: Where are my Customers that were stored in the Business Credit Tab?

A: Hover over Contacts and click on Business Credit Customers

Q: How do I add a new Credit Repair Customer?

A: Click on Add New Contact, then click on Add New Credit Repair Contact and set the Record

Type to Customer.

Q: How do I add a new Credit Repair Lead?

A: Click on Add New Contact, then click on Add New Credit Repair Contact and set the Record

Type to Lead.

Q. How do I convert a Credit Repair Lead Record to a Credit Repair Customer Record.

A. Go into the Credit Repair Lead, click on the file info tab, then Lead To Customer button. This

will convert the Record Type to Credit Repair Customer.

Q: How do I batch print?

A: Use the printer icon on the top navigation bar in the software.

Q: How do I add a new contact that is not a credit repair contact?

A: Go to the Admin tab, Reference Data section then click on Dynamic User Types and follow

the prompts to create your custom record type and custom fields.

Q. How can I search for contacts within record types I created using Dynamic User

Types? The contacts that are not credit repair contacts.

A. Click on the Contacts tab, Advanced Search ­ then use the dropdown search By Record

Type to select the type of contact you would like to find.

Q. How do I quick search a contact record?

A. Click on the Contacts tab, using the search bar to search by contact name or contact ID. For

more advanced search fields, click on Advanced Search.

Q. How do I access a list of my records in the system?

A. Click on the Contacts tab, leave the search field blank and click Search.
