If you need to quickly reset a customer’s credit score values - both current and starting, we’ve added a new feature just for you. On the Customer’s profile, under Notes, Attachments and Tasks (or the Customer Attachments option as well) and then the Credit Report tab, you’ll see now below all the credit score values the option to Reset Scores. Please know this function cannot be undone once executed!
