Add Youtube Link to Customer Portal

 If you have your own introduction or company video for your website that you’d like to add to your customer-facing portal, you’ll find this option under the Admin tab, then Customer Portal Settings on the left and under System Settings. After you click edit, scroll to the “Welcome Video Youtube Link” field. Here you can drop in your Youtube Embed link for the video to add to your portal!
