No more scrolling through long lists of instructions! Both the Dispute Instruction and Source/Furnisher fields are now totally searchable under the Add New Item and Quick Add New Item tabs on the Customer Profile. Simply type any word or phrase included in the instruction you are searching for and they will populate.
You can also add to these fields via the Admin tab. Under Credit Repair on the left side, and then under Instructions, click on the Add Instruction button. Here you can give the new instruction a name, assign it to a specific group and collection. After you add it will appear in the proper category among your other instructions.
