Are you receiving SMS messages from your customers when your office is closed? Worry not - our newly implemented SMS Autoresponders will help alleviate your worries and tide over your customers. Under the Admin tab, then Customer Portal and System Settings, you’ll find this new option. First, set the times when you would like this feature to be running - for example from 6pm to 7 am nightly. You can even set it to run on the weekends! Once you’ve decided when it will be active, set your away message. Something short and sweet that reassures your customers that they have been heard and their messages will be addressed once business hours resume, or even provide them a number for an after-hours contact if you have one. Please remember that both time fields will have to be populated in order for this feature to work.
