Help your customers help you with our newest feature: we’ve streamlined the document upload process by making it available to customers directly via their portal. The new upload options allow for customers to directly send their ID Documentation (Driver’s License, Social Security Card, and a copy of their Bank Statement or Utility Bill) to you. After doing so, the documents will populate both for the customer on their portal, and for you on their customer profile, to be reviewed at any time. Uploading all the selected documents will also now automatically push the customer through to pending processing (if applicable), and once they are ready to go through to processing, you can simply select their profile there and they will be set to active for you.
