We have a new variable coming at you this week- under emails in workflows and customer profiles, you can see now the new option for “Last Note Date”. This will populate in the message as [LastNoteDate], then in the previews and in the actual outgoing message, this will pull in the date and time for the last note added to a customer’s profile.
