Customer and Affiliate SMS Delineation

Our newest feature gives greater ease of understanding for your SMS feed. Now when you receive a message from a customer, they will appear in bold, internal messages (from affiliates, etc) will not appear this way. Please see below examples! In addition, unread messages appear in red. We have also expanded the size of the SMS window!
