Are you missing out on our best free upgrade? If you’re still using the classic version of the Customer Portal, you’re missing out on upgrades, new features, and future fixes and updates. This feature can be accessed from the Admin Tab, then to System Settings on the left, and Portal Settings. From here, just select Edit and scroll down to the ‘Version’ drop down and select Pro. Once you save and allow the page to update, your customers will be able to log into the new customer portal. The Pro Portal comes with a new URL, customerstatusportal.com. Simply update any templates you may have referring to the classic URL and your customers are good to go! The “Password” variable that links customers to the portal to reset their password will update automatically. Now that you’re upgraded, let’s take a look at the new features available to you! In addition to the sleeker overlay, there are some new ways to provide services for your customers. You can include a welcome video, demo, or any other information you’d like to have customers see top-of-mind upon log in.Additional features include adding your own resource pages, allowing customers to add a payment method to keep on file, and even a quick link to credit report imports via our integrated and vetted providers! Of course you can also see the visual updates, it looks more modern, and features new ways for customers to view their credit repair progress. In addition, all fixes and updates will be going forward only on the Pro version of the portal.
