Trigger Type Function
Customer Folder Changed This will trigger when ANY customer folder is changed.
Customer Status Changed This will trigger when ANY customer status is changed.
Customer Workflow Changed This will trigger when ANY customer workflow is changed.
Letters Printed This will trigger when ANY letter is printed in the software.
New Appointment Added on Behalf of Another User This will trigger when ANY new appointment is added by a user for another user.
New Attachment To Customer This will trigger when a new attachment is added by a user for a customer.
New Customer Signup This will trigger when a new customer is added to the software. (record type: customer)
New Fax Attachment This will trigger when a new fax is received into the customer file (as an attachment)
New Note To Customer This will trigger when a new note is added to a customer's file and marked as visible for the customer.
Payment Failed This will trigger every time payment fails when set to auto-charge.
Portal Contract Signed This will trigger when the contract is electronically signed by the customer in the portal.
Invoice Past Due Followup *Do Not Use
New Invoice This will trigger when a new invoice is created.
Workflow LeftMessage Select this trigger type to create a Left Message to be used in the Workflow Module.
Payment Failed Followup *Do Not Use
Payment Successful This will trigger every time payment is successful, either by auto-charge or manually marked as paid.

User views affiliate record and doesn't enter note This will trigger when a user views an affilaite's record in the software, but doesn't enter a note after viewing.
Appointment  
New appointment assigned to user This will trigger when a new appointment is assigned to ANY user.
Business Credit  
Field Change This will trigger when the field (folder, status, workflow) changes to the dropdown selected by the user during the autoresponder setup.
New Busienss Credit is entered This will trigger when a new business credit customer is entered into the software under the Business Credit tab.
Customer  
Field Change This will trigger when the field (folder, status, workflow) changes to the dropdown selected by the user during the autoresponder setup.
New customer is entered This will trigger when a new customer is added to the software. (record type: customer)

Customer completed interviewer This will trigger when a customer completed the interviewer.

Customer requests help during interviewer This will trigger when a customer requests help while completing the interviewer.
