Contacts Questions

  • If a customer uses the “Add a Note” feature in the portal. If it is edited by an employee, will the edits be viewable by the customer?
  • Note templates are not showing for all customer records.
  • Client had marked items as deleted but they are still showing as negative.
  • I do not want a specific customer to receive email or SMS but still wanted to keep his records in the software. Is there are way to do that?
  • In the attachment section, I cannot view a pdf attachment. It results to an error.
  • There are missing custom tab in some customer records and the client want to show this custom tab in all customer records.
