Processing Changes with DisputeSuite

Click on the “Processing Tab” located within the customer’s file where you will come to mark them “Active”:



Next click the dropdown menu next to “Assign To Processor”:



Select the choice that is relevant for your company. If processing only with DisputeSuite, that will be your only option. Check the box next to DisputeSuite:

Hit Save:
